Right of Withdrawal:

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, the Hair Growth Roller must be returned:

• In its original condition

• Unused

• In its original packaging

Products returned incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product received is defective or an error was made on our part.

Refunds:

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your Hair Growth Roller arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
